Paul Gordon
VSL Founding Producer
Paul Gordon is a Tony Award-nominated composer for his musical Jane Eyre. Other works include Sense and Sensibility (2015 Jeff Award for Best New Work) and Daddy Long Legs (2009 Ovation Award, 2 Drama Desk Award nominations, Off-Broadway Alliance Award nomination and 3 Outer Critic Circle award nominations). His recent Off-Broadway hit, The Gospel According to Heather, is available on Apple Music and other streaming services. In his former life, Paul was a pop songwriter, writing several number one hits.

David Goldsmith
VSL Founding Artistic Director
David Goldsmith is a playwright, bookwriter, lyricist, composer and script doctor. His work has been performed in theatres from London’s West End to the National Theatre of Israel in Tel Aviv. Billed as “script consultant,” David wrote book and original lyrics with Motown founder Berry Gordy for Broadway’s Motown The Musical. His plays Hotel Buzz, American Guernica, and I Ragazzi are available through Broadway Licensing and Dramatists Play Service (www.dramatists.com). David lives in Manhattan with his wife, Broadway’s Bryonha Marie.

Melody Munitz

Melody Munitz is a theatre artist and digital designer passionate about helping stories get told, whether from in front of or behind the table or screen. A Penn State grad with honors degrees in Musical Theatre & Psychology (valedictorian, ‘22), Melody is currently leading the Broadway National Tour of The Addams Family as Wednesday. Previous stage credits include the American Girl National Tour and 15 shows Off-Broadway. Her work behind the scenes and in digital marketing spans 14 Broadway shows and various Off-Broadway theatre companies.

Alexandra Silber

Alexandra Silber is an international actress, singer, and author. In London’s West End she played starring roles Indecent, The Woman in White, Fiddler on the Roof, Kiss Me Kate, and Carousel. In New York she’s appeared in Our Class, Hello Again, Master Class, The Lucky Star, Einstein’s Dreams, Song of Norway, Arlington, and the 2016 Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof. Alexandra is a Grammy-nominee for her portrayal of Maria in the San Francisco Symphony recording of West Side Story. Her debut novel "After Anatevka,” and the memoir "White Hot Grief Parade" are published by Pegasus Books and available on Audible.com

Dani Davis

Dani Davis is an Emmy award-winning writer, a Tony-nominated Broadway producer, a Helen Hayes Award recipient for producing, a critically acclaimed theater director and choreographer, a television producer, and an entertainment entrepreneur. Broadway & national tour producing credits include: The Lonesome West; Little Women; Billy Elliot; The Wedding Singer; Flashdance; and Dreamworks' Shrek The Musical. For Sony Classical Records and PBS, Dani wrote the libretto (Emmy award), and directed Handel's Messiah Rocks (7 Emmy noms), starring LaChanze, Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops. Regional directing/choreography credits include: Mamma Mia; The Full Monty; Xanadu; The UMPO Series: Summer Blockbusters; Jaws at the White Lotus; Rock the Bard; Cindy of Arc (starring Cynthia Kaplan, raising money for voting and reproductive rights). Dani is co-creator and executive producer for the series “Girl Starter “with Al Roker Productions (Discovery networks). Dani produces Broadway-based benefit recording projects, sits on the board of several organizations serving young people, and is a graduate of Duke University. She is the proud mother of two young artists, Noah and Nina, and lives in New York City and Cape Cod.
